The Sierra Club claims to “practice and promote the responsible use of the earth’s ecosystems and resources” while generating tons of unsolicited junk mail to “educate and enlist humanity” to help protect the environment. And they sell member names and addresses to other “conservation” organizations that kill more trees and generate more landfill waste to deluge mailboxes with propaganda soliciting money to save our forests.
